 Life Philosophy; Dedication Eliminates Process

For as long as I can remember I have been more competitive than most-probably something to do with being in an orphanage for my first few years as a child.

EDUCATED AT  PARKTOWN  BOYS HIGH (memorable and exciting)

So many things to discover, I especially looked forward  to art ,music & the sport fields.

(not to mention meeting the HELPMEKAAR GIRLS across the road – after school.

In our art classes I could see clearly that my hands on  and observation skills were way ahead of my buddies.

High school behind me… I had no difficulty finding employment as an illustrator in the adv. Industry.

I fitted in like a hand to a glove , I quickly became a very sought after ARTIST.

For a long long time I worked 8 to14 hrs. a day including weekends (WOW- WHAT A BACKGROUND)

No art school on this planet could have matched that sort of drawing and painting challenge.

My paintings now hang in Boardrooms and Bedrooms all over the country.

ON PAINTING: I don’t fuss to much about subject matter as I prefer to extend my vision and interpretation in new ways.

I am mostly inspired by my last painting completed, also  by my son LUKE.

All art is relevant; from ABSTRACTS to REPRESENTATIONAL.

All of my work , even old ones are NEW . Where even a brush stroke becomes a HERO.

Art is all about PASSION be it surfing or whatever.
